• “Order” means a request submitted by Client for Services via our website, email, or other communication channels.
• “Deliverables” means the final work product, including ebooks, manuscripts, illustrations, audio files, or other materials provided to Client.
Book Mint Publications agrees to provide the Services as explicitly described in Your Order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if Your Order is incomplete, unclear, or violates applicable laws or our policies.
You agree to provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate delivery of the Services. Delays in providing feedback or content may affect project timelines and delivery.
• All pricing is as agreed in the Order confirmation and considered final (“Contract Price”).
• A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required before commencement of Services.
• Additional work or changes requested after project commencement may incur extra fees.
• Delivery of final Deliverables is contingent upon full payment clearance.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services until outstanding payments are received.
• Upon full payment, all Deliverables produced by Book Mint Publications will be the sole property of the Client.
• Book Mint Publications hereby irrevocably assigns all rights, title, and interest in the Deliverables to the Client.
• The Client may use, publish, and distribute the Deliverables as they see fit without attribution to Book Mint Publications.
• Book Mint Publications retains the right to display portions of the Deliverables for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We warrant that all Deliverables are original and created by our team.
• We use plagiarism detection tools to ensure originality but do not guarantee third-party acceptance or infringement immunity.
• We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book Mint Publications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of our Services or Deliverables.
• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, rankings, or publication acceptance.
• Orders may be cancelled prior to project commencement, subject to refund of any amounts paid minus a reasonable administrative fee.
• No refunds will be provided after the delivery of final Deliverables.
• Abandoned projects with no communication for 45 days will be considered closed. Reactivation will incur additional fees.
• We commit to protecting Your personal and project information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We will not disclose Your information to third parties without Your consent, except as required by law.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of WY, USA.
• Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, unless otherwise agreed.
Book Mint Publications reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
